I am a former body shaping gym rat. 30 yrs ago. Want to start to feel sexy again, breathe better, not ache. Buy clothes in the misses dept.! After being a hairdresser for 4o yrs, I,ve heard every diet. They don,t work! I,m not eating procressed food, I am making sure I have protein with everymeal. Taking vitamins, and my water!!! I,ve become much more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. I was put on disability because i,m legally deaf, bi-polar. Bad ft. Was a master designer so I guess I got depressed. Not moving enough. Now for the past year, I,ve been weight training, Love reshaping my body. I,m more confident, feel sexy, Love my shoulders. Did a couple "max". Even my food is automatically cleaner now. Down 3 sizes in my bathing suit. I little snug, and dress shorts I can fit them now and button them! Good Luck everyone!
Now hubby is retired. Glad we get along, but we are learning more about each other.

My Goals:
Wow! lost inches with heavy weight training. I can almost cross my legs completely now. My bathing suit is way to big. Eating clean. I need to do more cardio. To continue my healthy lifestyle with the Sparkers!


My Program:
I,m laying off sugar, eating clean, no white food. No processed foods, Exercising and weight training at least 5 days a week. but no extremes, modifying, after all its for life!

Being that Ive been legally deaf all my life, I'm a great lip-reader, Got reunited with the man I loved from 43 yrs ago. We get along so well, and really love each other. I can talk to him about my diet issues.
