2016 and I am back. I maintained for about 5 years. However, after the loss of both my parents, the loss of a pregnancy during 2nd trimester, moving, a difficult pregnancy, my son's nicu stay, and other aspects of life in general- I lost myself. In all I gained 60lbs (mostly during my pregnancy) and since my son's birth I've struggled to exercise and practice mindful eating. I've been sedentary due to nursing, sleep deprived, and grabbing whatever is easy to eat. What is important is I have two healthy children, a wonderful husband, and I know what I need to do to get back to where I was. I am starting 2013 at 187lbs. Things I will accomplish in 2013: ~ wear size 10 clothing ~Continue my fitness schedule of 1-2 hrs/ day 5 days a week ~ 10,000 steps/day ~ Maintain a really awesome yoga pose for 6 breaths (I am thinking crow) ~run a 15K ~run a 10 minute mile ~ continue to eat clean ~ read 50 books (children's books don't count) ~ drink 1 glass of water before eating anything and 1 glass of water with each meal ~ 100g of protein a day ~ Experience at least two new things 1) 2) ~ Enjoy the gift that is life to the absolute fullest!!!
