Introduction Text I am joining SparkPeople today with hopes of a healthier life style. This is the first time I have been overweight. I don't like the feeling, no energy kind of stuff. It looks like this is a great place to start.

To loose 27 lbs by July 31, 2009 by following the programs and using the information on SparkPeople. To study my scriptures daily. To smile everyday and have more gratitude for what I have.

To follow the programs set by SparksPeople. To use their tips and tools they have to offer me. To work in some the the team challenges.

I am a wife of a wonderful husband that is a great support, companion and best friend. We have 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren. I love spending time with my husband on his days off going camping, jeeping, fishing and what ever else we can find to do together. I spend my other time maintaining our home, handwork, sewing, scrapbooking, and very involved in church leadership and activities.
