    Swimming is a great idea. I read an article the other day about how you can do kickboxing, aerobics and walking in the pool. Maybe you can find a gym with a water aerobics class. I know some people like to workout on an urban rebounder (mini trampoline) to lessen the impact on their knees. Good Luck !

    Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog. How are your knees doing? If you aren't able to workout make sure you eat really clean. I lost my first 40 pounds just by changing my diet and making sure that I didn't drink my calories. The most important part of losing a lot of weight is making small changes don't try to totally transform everything at once it gets too hard and complicated. Have you tried walk away the pounds? Leslie Sansone's workouts are an awesome place to start when you are just getting in shape. Be well! TTYL

    Hi, I was just reading the posts about S.A.D & your impending winter. I also get S.A.D. Vt D is helpful, but so is a light. I am with a gr8 S.A.D team. Go to my page & have a look.
