MY GOALS FOR Autumn 2017
Lose 15-20 pounds

Welcome to the first day of the rest of My Life.


Life should NOT be a journey to the
grave with the intention of arriving
safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine
in the other, body thoroughly used up,
totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO what a ride!"

My Goals:
My Long Term Goals are to:

1. Get healthy
2. lower my Bad Cholesterol
3. Raise my Good Cholesterol
4. Lower Triglycerides
5. Lose Weight
6. Exercise
7. Build Muscle
8. Be more active
9. Change to a healthy way of eating for the rest of my Life.
10. To be able to get off some or all of my medications.


My Program:
In order to meet my goals I must do the following:

I. Must take my medication every day.

2. Eat healthy food with no salt and very low fat.

3. Exercise every day for at least 50 minutes.

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

5. Eat at least 4 fruits a day.

6. Eat at least 4 vegetables a day

7. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

8. Take one multivitamin a day.

9. See my Heart Doctor every 3 months.



Personal Information:
My name is Diane. I love to read, sew, quilt, Knit, crochet, cook, bake, garden, crafts, and listening to music of all kinds, Watch old movies, classics, comedies, love stories, action films, SiFi, westerns and scary movies. I love Gone with the Wind to Harry Potter.

    Hello Diane,
    Don't worry about your weight as soon as you worry about it that is when it becomes a problem! Take one day at a time and remember to chart all your food and see if you look at each day if there is a way you can alter. Maybe do some more exercise? Whatever you do, I'm here and will be for as long as you need me :-)

    Good morning, I read you post in our daily chat about plateauing...I had posted some articles yesterday in that same chat thread so if you scroll down you can find them, they are excellent with great suggestions. Good luck with that now, I to have not budged but then Im in no hurry slow and steady wins the race, oppps wait this is not a race !!! but you know what I mean. Lindie
