Introduction Text I'm tired of being the fattest person in the room. I'm tired of shopping in the "fat women's" stores. I'm tired of not being able to get up off the floor or even off the couch easily. I'm just tired. There, that's pretty much the gist of it. So here I go. Wish me luck.

My goal is to work consistently to lose weight and tone my muscles to make dealing with my arthritis easier to handle. To make it easier to move and feel better. I'd like to be able to shop in the "regular" size section of the store.

Currently recovering from knee surgery (arthroscopy) on June 15th. Hopefully I can get back to water exercises when the stitches come out and incision spots are completely healed. Working on the 6-8 glasses of water every day. Eating more vegetables and fruit, whole grains.
