I'm a 52 year old mom and wife who just wants to get back on track with my weight and health.

Fitness Minutes: 2,815

My Goals:
To start feeling better about how I look and feel.



Concentrate of getting in shape so I don't gain the "quit smoking" weight.

My Program:
 Exercise and better diet, that's the only plan I can come up with right now.



Talking to friends who are also trying to get fit, working out together.



Keeping only healthy foods in the hosue, the hubby and kids will get used to it.
