Fitness Minutes: 2,815

My Goals:
To start feeling better about how I look and feel.



Concentrate of getting in shape so I don't gain the "quit smoking" weight.

My Program:
 Exercise and better diet, that's the only plan I can come up with right now.



Talking to friends who are also trying to get fit, working out together.



Keeping only healthy foods in the hosue, the hubby and kids will get used to it.

    Sending a snow covered "hello" from NB! I love your pictures from the lake and sunsets too. The yellow topped mushroom is the coolest thing...looks like there should be wee little elves/smurfs (or would that be smurves) sitting on them. Either way, really different.
    Hope my bleeding heart makes the winter and comes out as well as yours looks...kinda planted it late in the season so we'll see. Best wishes to you!
