The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. Thank you for your comment on my feed. Yes, we are alike in that respect. Most of my exercise is walking with some occasional jogging. But I have to force myself to do strength training. I try to do challenges like the Biggest Loser because the inter-team challenges require ST. 1352 days ago
