Ok let's do it! I have to start drinking water as early as possible in the day and be done with exercise by 6pm during the week; I do morning workouts on Saturdays and right after church on Sundays. I have to try to do things early as possible, otherwise, I might not get it in if I wait until late in the evening ( I either get distracted or simply lazy- such a shame). I track EVERY BITE on the nutrition tracker. I don't always like admitting some of the crap I eat, but it helps me a lot! 4604 days ago

Hi! I saw your post on tracking what you eat. I tend to do the same thing- eat junk instead of (or in addition to) meals. I'm not really a competitive person- probably why my weight has stayed on (too content and non-competitive), but I'll race ya to 145?! No tricks, pills or starving ourselves; just cleaning up the diet by getting rid of the empty calories, drinking water, and committing to exercising regularly. On your mark, get set, go! 4604 days ago
