I have been a Sparker since 2008! When I am tracking my food and exercise, I am healthy and in shape. In the years where there is a long time between weigh ins and log ins....things went off the rails.

My goal weight of 130lbs.
I don't think I've weighed that since middle school. I'm 5'5".

Bright Line Eating has changed my life.
It is the most drastic eating plan I have ever done and yet it is the easiest.

I'm reading the book Undo It!: How Simple Lifestyle Changes Can Reverse Most Chronic Diseases by Anne Ornish and Dean Ornish
and they say committing to a complete overhaul of your diet all at once rather than in tiny increments works better because you feel better so much faster and you get drastic results.

I'm here to prove them right.

I started Bright Line Eating on March 7, 2021. I had already lost 10lbs from cutting back on alcohol consumption. But since March 7 (52 days since writing this), I have lost an additional 18lbs. 18lbs in 52 days. That's an average of 10lbs a month.

Don't waste any more time "trying" to lose weight. If you stick to the 4 Bright Lines, you will lose weight easier than you have in your entire life.
