I’m a well educated but underachieving submissive woman. I joined SparkPeople again after 10 years because I gained back he 45 pounds I had lost with SP’s support. I need the accountability that this site offers.

I’m also a writer; although, it’s been years since I’ve written anything. I have been published in the past, so, I’m hoping that this book I’m working on is well received.

Speaking of writing, I enjoyed blogging on here and it was so helpful to me. I’ll be starting another blog ASAP.

I don’t just want to lose weight, I want to live a more healthier life. I’d love to get back to eating more healthfully and exercising regularly. I’m not a fan of structured exercise, with the exception of weight training, so my cardio will more than likely be walking and hiking again. But hey, it worked in the past!

I’m kind of a loner. I love to read, cook, garden, create art, so I’m hoping to make some friends to talk with about fitness and life.

Lastly, I have a boat load of degrees, including a Juris Doctor, that I do nothing with, but as soon as I get my life back on track, I hope to change that too.

Fitness Minutes: 80

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 50 pounds; however, I also want to gain muscle and obtain more flexibility. I also want to eat more healthfully.


My Program:
The body-for-life program worked so well for me before, I’m going to be following that plan again. That is, 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day, weight training three days a week alternating days with cardio. Sunday will be my free day to cheat and relax.



Personal Information:
I’m an owned sub/slave/little. I’m 5’7” and probably 190lbs. As soon as I take measurements, I’ll postnthose as well.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 11 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
