I'm glad you stopped by my page and added me - I'll do the same! I think every once in awhile it is very healthy to give in to cravings. After all, we should still be able to enjoy eating! I struggle with that, sometimes feeling like I should be totally perfect, and if I'm not, I want to scrap the whole day. It's a continual learning process.
