I have a wonderful family, with a very supportive husband. I've had serious medical problems which I've overcome with the help of my husband, friends and wonderful doctors. The chemo has left me with side affects, but I am now a cancer survivor. Now that I'm healthy and strong I want to continue to live my healthy lifestyle that I have used to regain my health. My final challenge I'm not doing so hot on - getting rid of the weight I have gained. I've finally realized that I can't do this ...

I'm sixty and am truely greatful for my great life, but I want this life witha thinner body to be able to move easier and do more.

 Exercise at least 5 days a week. Eat healthy. Drink water.
