I want to rejuvenate my body. It's been over three years now since I had attained my goal and felt fantastic- I WANT TO GET BACK THERE!!! I've have taken the plunge and become a Beachbody coach (http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/roc
kinbear?bctid=632106888001) and am working on getting certified as a Zumba instructor! What better way to inspire people! I want to get back to feeling comfortable and healthy. My goal weight is heavier than recommended but it is where I feel happy and satisfied.

I am finally beginning to see some small results-I plan to have them continue. My steps backward on occasion have little impact but what I think should be achievements have made little impact either. I've tried different daily caloric intake levels and none of them have seemed to do much weight wise. When I reduced my calories to 1200 a day I was just tired all of the time, I'm 5'7" and 1200 calories is too low for me-seems to be a very steep uphill battle but I'm not giving up!

I want to have as much success physically as I have had in my career.

I have 2 Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree. I've spent the majority of my life doing theater and dance backstage and now am lucky enough to be working in the entertainment industry on Broadway musicals and International Ballets!


Other Information:
Love going to the farmer's market. Love reading and relaxing with my cat. Kayaking, playing the Wii, visiting friends back home and TRAVELING! I miss most of my friends and am always looking to make new friends.

    Hey Girl - thanks for the comments on my blog. I've been wanting to get back to you for a few days but I"ve finally just gotten a laptop so I don;t have to do this from my phone (which was just tedious)

    SO you can relate with those abandonment issues huh? At first, I felt like I was "blaming" my family for my relationship issues but then I realized it's not about blame. I'm just trying to get an understanding of why I am the way I am so that I can fix it. So, I've been thinking about seeing a therapist too. Just for "life" in general but I don't know if I will or not. Anyway, what is the next step to fix it? I think awareness is a huge step! Right now, I'm going to enjoy being single and get back to figuring out who I am. Like you, though, I'm afraid that I'll be fearful of falling back into the same pattern and therefore resist dating. Hm...what's the answer!? Ah, we're strong women, we'll figure this stuff out! IF you feel like you are at a point to move forward, are you looking to start dating again? Really, being aware is such a huge step, I'd think, right?
