Introduction Text On the 22nd May 2012 I had my heart valve replacement Op. Calcium build up over the valve, so now it has been replaced all should be OK. 12 weeks convalescence and cannot drive for another 2 weeks so going a bit stir crazy, plus cannot play golf for 12 weeks but as I could not play before.....etc etc!!! Once I have recovered and have lost weight I will have to have a knee replacement Op. When this is done I will be like the bionic woman. Married to Peter for 44 years, 3 lovely children (now in the 30's) who have 3 lovely partners.

these goals were listed when I first joined.....still trying!!!1) fit dieting into my life 2) Do some type of exercise daily. Find which exercise would be best as I have a bad knee. 3) check my food intake and calories daily.

Become healthy and enjoy life, especially as I retired in December 2011

I like to read, mostly Fantasy. I have just put one photo on of me, that is enough for anyone! I try to avoid the camera. Therefore I have filled in the other two photos with local scenes of Suffolk and family.
