The day I weighed in at a Weight Watchers meeting on July 1, 2008, was a new low number in the 4 years I had been married--25 pounds lost. That morning, I also found out I was pregnant with my son. My pregnancy added 50 lbs, and the day I went to the hospital I was 200.2--a number I never wanted to see. Now that my son is running and climbing, I'm determined to lose the last few pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight--and then lose some more after that.

My Goals:
Goal #1 get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 156. REACHED 8/24/10!!!

Goal #2: 150 lbs by my 28th birthday Sept 24. REACHED 149.2 on 9/23/10!!!

Goal #3: 145 lbs by October 13. REACHED 144.8 on 11/5/10 (better late than never, right?!?!)

Ultimately, I would like to see 140s again. My husband's never known me that little (it would be 40 lbs lighter than when we got married!).

My Program:
I walk almost every day. Most of the time I don't want to, but my son loves being in a stroller and getting outside. I have a good loop I do that ends up being about 2 miles. It's all I have time for once I get home and try to make dinner and relax, but it's way better than nothing!

Personal Information:
Resident of Cowlitz County, WA. I moved from SoCal in 2003, was thought crazy by everyone I know, and yet I love living in Washington State. It's gotta be one of the prettiest states in the US.

Other Information:
I got whistled at the other day while I was pushing my son in his stroller on a walk. If that doesn't make you appreciate all the hard work you've been doing, nothing will! :-)
