Do you have access to a pool? Doing those 200 JJ's in a pool seems actually easier, but works your body more because you have the resistance of the water. Also the water will help to cool you off. I teach water exercise and I do 100 X more in the pool than I can do on land.
And yes, it is unbearably hot here too, although we had a little shower here this morning already, /Haven't heard a weather report but those showers just add to the humidity. I do not like summer in west central Illinois.
