Hi. I have been overweight ever since I started having children. My excuse has always been "oh it's just baby fat". Can not use that as an excuse anymore. My youngest child is already 4 years old. This time I am not giving up. I will lose all these unwanted lbs. not only to look nice but also to feel good (healthy). I am at my highest ever currently at 167. I am here to share common weight loss challenges and also to provide support. We can do this together.

My bodyfat is really high at 39% Bodyfat. I will continue to work at this and achieve my goals. I set small goals (AGAIN) in order to achieve my ultimate. Today Is January 3 2011. I know this will be the year. Nothing will stop me. I have to do this for myself and my kids. I WILL also take pics of my face and body as motivation at least once a month. Sometimes the scale kills my motivation.

Ultimate goal is to be at 130lbs

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose a total of about 40 to 45 lbs.
Lose about 7 to 8 lbs a month.

1st GOAL- Lose 7 lbs by April 25. -Almost -Lost by 1 lb. Weigh in at 161 lbs
*** Has to update my goals again. Fell off back again.

Currently on 01/01/2011 weigh in 157.8. 38% Bodyfat


My Program:
Eat right .Trying to eat every 6 hours. Very Hard. Also working out at the gym 5 to 6 times a week.

Sun- cycle
Tues - Cardio
Wed- Legs
Sat -off
Sunday -Optional

    Thanks for the comment on my page. I started running using the Couch to 5K training program. There are a number of Spark Teams that focus on the training, and the program is available at

    I run outside, but know the program can be done on the treadmill too. Best of luck reaching your goals

    Hey! I saw that we are both on the "Stomach Must Go" team, and we both use our pregnancies as a crutch to not lose weight. I hope you the have success on your weight loss journey, and I still have a ways to go, but if you need support I am here to help!
