I think I need to pay a little more attention to eating during the daytime too -- I'm just SO busy at work, I'm lucky if I get to even eat my lunch, much less taste it.
I still haven't taken that carrot cake back out of the freezer yet. =)
Concentrating on a little more volume right now. Soup is my newest trick. Amy's has an organic vegan chunky vegetable that is 120 calories for the whole can, and I saute mushrooms first, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, a few handfuls of fresh spinach, and half a can of beans (navy or red beans), and I have a BIG bowl of yummy stew for like, 250 calories!
