how sweet of you adopting and giving Louie the love he needs and taking care of him. he will settle down and enjoy his indoor life. hugs to you. my last stray kitty I rescued a year ago and is an indoor cat wants his lap time so I must shut the lap top down so he doesn' something he shouldn't do. he is now so content to be in the house he doesn't even try to go outside. hugs to you. I know a person where I live that has a cat with the feline leukemia and it is doing very well for her. good luck with Louie. he is one very lucky kitty.

Any one wants to join me, and use this team as a journal and log your work out we could be each others enthusiastic supporters. Come on beautiful people together we can do this! The ridges inside my workout hoop don't feel good in the beginning, but I got 50 without dropping it today. I remember from when I bought the hoop it is only uncomfortable the first few day's, then I get used to the feeling in my waist. For starters, take a picture of your hoop and post it, would be fun to see what people are using right :)

    Team "Hula Hooping for Beginners"

Hula hooping has a host of health benefits. I rediscovered hooping to help me loose some weight and tone up my core area. I found out, it has many other benefits.

The hula hoop has been referred to as a "feel-good tool" that has so many health benefits you can get right in the comfortof your home. In fact, if you search for the term "hula hooping benefits," you will find many articles written by fellow hoopers and they pretty much discribe the following benefits:

    Improves core strength
    Improves balance and motor skills
    Delivers a cardio-aerobic workout
    Unwinds and realigns the spine
Accelerates fat burning and weight loss
    Strengthens back muscles
    Improves flexibility, posture and alignment
    Promotes laughter
    Boosts self-esteem and confidence
    Helps overcome shyness
    Relieves stress
