    I am just drinking up all the motivation :) and also giving back lol. Had a really good day full of laughter and just not letting things I can't control, control me. House isn't perfect, but eh I did finish some of my goals and tomorrow is another day.

    9,344 people joined the week you did and nearly all of them have long since given up and quit, but YOU are here and working on your goals and have done fantastic!! What a blessing.

    I suggest reading ARTHUR AGATSTON, M.D.'s wonderful book "The South Beach Heart Health Program" in which he explains why weight loss is difficult at our age, because of Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome.
    Also, read "SHRINK YOURSELF" by Roger Gould, M.D. on dealing with stress and NOT regaining the weight you have released. He says 95% of people fail because they can't deal with stress.
