On 1/6/16 I gave myself a restart and started Weight Watchers. I'm thrilled with the results so far ... here's how my renewed journey has gone so far:

May 31 - down 2.4 - 204.8

July 13 - HALFWAY - I PASSED MY HALFWAY MARK!!! Down 2.2 - total gone 58.4 (halfway was 57.2). YAHOOO!!!!
July 6 - 218.2 - lost last week's gain plus 2lbs more! :)
June 29 - 221.6 - 1st gain in 25 weeks and I'm ok with it - this week will be better :) (good grief - I had posted 231.6, I did NOT gain 10lbs in one week!!, just 1.4! lol)
June 22 - 220.2
June 15 - 220.6
June 8 - 221.8
June 1 - normal fluctuation (which is why I don't normally post my weight mid-week - 224.6 (still a loss since 5/25!)
May 30 - (weighed and posted for a WW challenge) - 224.0!! :) 50.4lbs total lost since Jan 5!!!
