My trip to being Healthy!
01/04/12 I'm starting over... AGAIN!
This is my third time around and I'm hoping that it's the charm. If I add up what I've lost on my 2 previous attempts at getting healthy, I would be over 100 pounds lost. That would put my below my goal. Knowing that is what really gets me fired up. If I would have stuck with the plan instead of quitting, I could possibly have already made my goal weight.
I have to make this work this time, it's either that or I'll just watch my ...

I have to make this work this time, it's either that or I'll just watch my quality of life dwindle as I get fatter and fatter. I don't want to be the one that the kids point at, I want to be a healthy, fit dad that can be a good role model for my daughter.
This time around, there are NO EXCUSES!

My goal is to get myself healthy by permanently changing my relationship with food.
Mygoal is to get to 160 by June 1, 2013. It's going to be a long ride!

My Program:
I'm working on watching what I eat, and also HOW MUCH I eat. I'd like to use the Wii fit to bump up my activity level and of course use SPARKPEOPLE as a source of support and ideas.
