Looking back I suppose I could have stopped getting this fat LONG before I got here.

Icky boyfriends always left me needing food, along with school and not eating healthy and not excerciseing and having a baby, I steadly grew from 135 to 200 pounds, over the course of four years.
I was 220 when I delivered, 180 when I concieved, and 145 when I met my husband.
I don't want it to sound like I'm complaining, I take full resonsability for not thinking about what I ate, and why I ate it.
I just want to be around to watch my daughter grow up, and If I get healthy and don't lose a pound, I can be OK with that.

To only be a fat ass in spirit.


My Program:
Trying to be healthy in an unhealthy world. ie eating local, eating fresh, avoiding chain restraunts, surrounding myself with genuine people, and involving myself in worthwhile projects.



Personal Information:
I've grown up in the flatest, boringest, part of CA. Although it got more interesting as I got older.
I love to cook and therein lies my down-fall.
I only cook with real food, Margaerine holds no place in my refridgerator.
But I've fround myself cooking something when I'm depressed, only to eat the whole thing. Be it a batch of cookies or a chicken.
And the vicious cycle begins.
The recipie calculator has been a great help to me, especially when I need to track something I just made up.
I've also noticed that eating fresh fruits and veggies has helped even me out chemicaly. So I eat less. Let's just hope I can keep this up!
