May 27th filming of BBC Drama Series called Land Girls which is set in the 1940's. I met Nathanial Parker and danced in the Dinner Party Scene with him.

I'm Ashley, I just turned 23 I'm happily married to my husband and have a wonderful step-son who's 9 and keeps me and the Old Man active.... I am aloud to call him the Old Man cause he is 39 this Don't tell him I said that :) He's my best friend and my support/cheerleader in everything I do. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be doing the things I absolutely love and following my heart and soul towards my dream career of Acting/Presenting.

It's due to the work the fight I've fought to get to where I am now that has motivated me to get back to my loving husband's support of course!!!

I'm getting booked for BBC Shows in England as a supporting Actress and need to lose my fat...(Don't we all...hehe)

I've been pushing so hard doing local things like producing/co - presenting radio shows, presenting local singing competitions etc....the saying is so true.... "only the strongest survive" I've been going at it nearly 9 months non-stop and wont give in.

I'm originally from Florida where sweating, drinking loads of water and exercising were no issue... but living in England for 2.5 years has really taken it's toll... mostly the weather and lack of sun... I've put on weight... my skin isn't as clear as it used to be and due to the freezing days even in summer time I find myself comfort eating and not wanting to get out of the house cause it's so flippin cold!

However today was glorious and I sat outside soaking up the sun!!!

Anywho... I have realistic goals and I'm not one of these people that will deprive themselves from the foods they love... because it will make it that much worse and I'll end up gorging myself till my belly hurts... ( I think we are guilty of that!!)

I'm looking to meeting people who are like minded, have similar goals, similar obstacles and wanting to motivate one another!!!

Anyway I think I have written enough for now... hope to meet some really great people!

Fitness Minutes: 123

My Goals:
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Blog atleast 3 times a week

Lose 8 lbs by June 28

My Program:
Going to the gym early in the morning like between 6:30am - 8:30am and burning 500 calories

Also cutting back my total calorie intake by 500 calories a day

Doing Weight Training
2 times a week
