How about a new begining for 2010? Anything has to be better than 2009.
I am starting out on the slow list sense I had surgery. I am determind to do this, this time.
Log everything that goes in my mouth, good or bad..

MY BUTT is big...

UPDATE: DH is in remission doing better than expected!!
My husband has cancer, when we found out I was 135 lbs and working on loosing at least another 10. But sitting around hospitals and bedsides, I seem to have found 10 lbs and maybe even another 10 lbs and kept it. so here I go again. Take it off!!!
Anyone out there have thunder thighs?? My weight is all in my thighs...

My Goals:
It's not all about loosing weight who can get skinnier, it is about being healthy and living right...

*To loose 20+ lbs*

*Keeping my callories at 1200 - 1550 cals a day.* been doing that!

*Drink 8 cups or more of water daily*





First 10 lbs gone: 1-15-10


My Program:
*Workout 3-5 days a week

*Walk- 45 mins a day or more

Eclliptical 35 min
4-5 days a week

I also deliver the mail, on average I put on 11 miles a day.

Walk/jogged my first 5k

Personal Information:
I am from Utah. I am 46 yrs old

I think everyone should start putting thier height, I am 5' 4"

I have three children and 6 grandkids, yes six.. And I love every one of them..

I started SP in June 09 but didn't get serious tell 2-11-10 after my hysterectomy.

Now just get up to speed!

I am changing my life one step at a time. I never drank water, I never ate fruit unless it was a fruit pie ; ) I do now! I never would have thought about a 5k, now I am looking for them so I can do better everytime.
