I've been a member of Spark People for five years and have yet to meet any of my goals.

I am ...once again....starting over. And that's ok.

This time I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer because I am worth the investment of money and time. I

I'm taking those previous lessons and wrapping them around my determination...and this time I plan to succeed!

My Goals:
1. Reach my goal weight of 135 by July 2015.

2. Reduce body fat percentage to 25% by July 2015.

3. Lose 6 inches from my chest and 12 inches from my chest by April 2015.

My Program:
 I am now working with a personal trainer in a customized program of cardio and strength training.



Personal Information:
I love God and all that He created. I am His masterpiece yet still a work in progress.

I want to be so close to Jesus that it is hard for anyone to tell where I end and He begins!

    Welcome to 55+females team. We have a lot of fun on our team. Right now we have several challenges. Chas has put up a daily challenge for April called For the Earth Challenge.We also have a walking challenge with AOM until April 12th and then we will start a new walking challenge across Europe. We have a year long weigh loss challenge where you put in your loss as it occurs. We also have a Stress Buster forum which are funny things or poetry, etc. We also have a QOTW (Question of the Week) which is always fun to read. Our chat forum this month is the Water Cooler.
