Introduction Text This year, I'm recommitting myself to getting fit. I plan to exercise more and eat less. I hope to not only be slimmer for my wedding and honeymoon in September, but to adopt a healthy lifestyle that I can continue forever. It's all about changing my habits and getting consistent. Wish me luck!

I want to lose enough weight to feel healthy and sexy again. I'd love to wear a bikini for the first time in my life. I hope to avoid all the preventable, weight-related health issues that are in my family history.

I'm not on any specific diet. I just try to eat a balanced, healthy diet. I try to do a good mix of cardio and weight training throughout the week. I love the Jillian Michaels DVDs, so I use them a lot. I also use a few Xbox Kinect games and Zumba for fun cardio workouts.

I'm from Dayton, OH. I've been here all my life and have every intention of living here for a very long time. I work for my alma mater, Wright State University (Go Raiders!), and will be getting married to the love of my life later this year.

My first love is Broadway musicals. I would go to the theatre everyday if I could. I have a huge Disney obsession. I love the films, the music, the parks, all of it. I also read as much as possible. I tend to read a lot of the classics, but I try to branch out. I also have an addiction to trashy romance novels. My fiance and I both hope to travel the world someday. I've been to Paris twice and can't wait to take him there. We both want to see the rest of Europe as well as hit Asia, Africa, and South America.
