When I started my spark page, I had no idea what should I write down. I felt like I came from space, weight myself and got the worstest feeling ever. I was crying a lot and I was depresive. Things was happening and I havent realised that I can't even fit in my biggest sized jeans. I even had a "compliments" that I should not eat that much. I was lost.

The first thing I did was, I enrolled in a gym. First I started yoga, and I have to tell you, I really felt great. I was doing something for me. Then I realised that I am not doing enough so I started cardio training. Sometimes bike, sometimes treadmill, but it worked for me. I wasn't loosing but my mood was perfect. Then I started cutting on food, and tracking what I eat. After a month I zipped my old jeans. Now I still work on my weight, but I feel better. If I need motivation I am taking it from everywere. Internet, magazines, movies, everything that can inspire me to exercise harder than the last time.

My husband gives me the biggest support. We still don't have kids so he is very dedicated to me. Even he stopped with junk food and ice-creams so he is going to help me. I love him very much.

SP is excellent page, and it helps me to keep up with what I do wrong or right. I am trying to have some time spent on it every day, couse it makes me more confident in the gym. It has everything that I need, and I love it.

Now I am hoping that I will stay motivated until the end. Actually I am planning on no end, just reducing my BMI and keep on exercising and leaving healthy.....
