Started weight loss program at the end of January 2011. Became much more successful after I actually started using the trackers in SP in March. Lost 69 pounds and then stalled and then gained back 7.5 (omg. update to read 24) lbs (ugh). Getting back on track to be fit by 40!! Restarting from the beginning. Feb 2017.
