I am a 35yo mother of 4. I work full time making it hard for me to get time to myself.I need/want to lose at least 75-100lbs. I started waking up at 4:30am so I can workout and eat breakfast before starting my day. I have struggled with my weight for the last 10+ years. I am tired of missing out on life. I missed my twenties and I don't want to do the same in my 30's. I want to look back on this year as the beginning of the rest of my life. My grandmother was overweight most of her life and struggled to just live. Between congestive heart failure, heart disease, COPD, and breast cancer....she passed away. I don't wanna be a grandmother who can't enjoy my grandbabies. I want to be a better mother for my 4 kids and a great wife to my hubby. My father also passed just after his 60th birthday of a massive heart attack. It seems like it's always something and I guess that really is no excuse to not keep trudging along. I am gonna try losing this weight one more time. I have always been a country girl at heart....one that always wanted to dress with the cowgirl boots, tight jeans and a button down shirt or white tank top. But I haven't had the body or confidence to do so. I want to wear my cowgirl boots at my vowel renewal and look GOOD in them! That is my dream! I am always looking for new friends to help keep the motivation going if you are having the same problem.

    Thanks for asking about my week. Last week wasn't the greatest. I didn't loose but I didn't gain either. I stayed the same. I'm hoping that this week is better.

    Thanks, it means a lot. I hope your week is going well and your weekend is great also. I fell off the wagon a bit this week. I knew it was gonna be harder than the first week for me as I tend to give up a bit. But today is a new start, it has been a great morning so far. I did my measurements to see if I've made progress and I have so that itself has motivated me to keep striving. Thanks for checking in! emoticon
