I'll be honest... I've been struggling. I know a lot of us have. I have battled myself and others through relationships of every kind and am really trying to get down to the nitty-gritty: being happy with myself, by myself. It's been hard and I have done quite a bit of failing in the last couple years. Suddenly, I am aware of time passing and the fact that I am ageing and lonely.

My 30th birthday will be here in 10 days. 10 days. Wow.

Now is the time to stop making excuses. In the past 6 months, I have completed my first 5k and a 5k obstacle race. I have been running and have quit drinking (on and off). I have moved and moved again and I am not happy with my weight. They say the 30s are the best years of your life, and I am DETERMINED to start mine being the happiest I can be, relying on no one but myself. If you have any words of motivation, please send them along... I'd like my climb up from the bottom to happen...and happen quickly. :)

I DEFINITELY recommend Supreme 90 day. It is SO worth it. If you're not used to doing higher intensity workouts it will seem hard at first...it is. It's intense...but a GOOD intense..I saw SO much improvement the further I got in it and definitely a ton the second time around. It changed my whole perspective on fitness. I found s90 before I found spark. I love it I will advocate for it to anyone and everyone. If you have Facebook they have a facebook page too and everyone is very supportive on there for fellow s90'ers...just an idea... emoticon There are also s90 teams on here..and the people are great!

Hey did you change your page color? Radical, chica!!!

Just wanted to say how proud of you I am for tracking your food on a regular basis. It is so inspirational to have you by my side in this process and I can't wait to rock out through it, good and challenging, together!!!

    Hoooooola, Mbches. ;) Follow me?
Sooooooooo, what's Pandora on your rewards list? Hmm, hmm?
I am starting slow. Just monitoring food now, day 3. It isn't easy, but I figure just keeping track of it in general, keeping it on my mind, is a great thing. Baby steps. Have a test (in an hour!) and then I have a few assignments due next week and more class...so I'm trying to get back into the groove to make it all work out. I think even walking the dog regularly would be a good start at this point, I should start today. Yes. I have been running every now and again, and yoga every now and again, but nothing solid. My local studio offers a 2 wks for $20 deal and I'm trying to nail down a good time to do that and take advantage. :)
How you be???? What are your plans? I have been eating your yummy dessert, it rules. Oh btw, I figured out how to know what I USED to eat when I was being healthy: I looked at my 'favorites' on my nutrition page. Super helpful. :)
