Hey there.. my name is Christina .. and I'm a 26 year old woman, from Madison, WI. I am in the midst of total life over-haul.. for so many years, I just wasn't happy .. but I didn't know what to do with myself to get myself to a better place..

Some part of me just wanted to curl up into a little tiny ball and lay there until the world stopped. One day though I woke up, and realized that nothing was ever going to change if I didn't do something different.

I packed up all my stuff and moved 250 miles from where I was living, to live closer to family and friends I'd run out on 6 years ago when I'd been stubborn and full of pride.

The last year has been a slow transition from me .. I've had to let go of a lot of people in my life that I cared a lot about, but who were self destructive for me to be around. I had to re-learn what it means to be part of a family, and to be a good friend ..

I've had some rocky moments, but this year has been pretty rewarding for me. I reccently set the goal for myself to learn how to drive -- something which had scared me all my life, and not only did I do it, but I passed my drivers liscense exam! I am now an offical liscensed driver..

Something I feel just so proud of. I never thought I'd see this day come .. and it's made me realize that I can do anything I really want to .. I just have to apply myself .. make a plan .. even if it takes time .. and stick with it!!

So .. my credit is shaping up, my emotional life is starting to get in order.. the only thing left to do is get my health back under control..

So away I go.. Weeee..

My Goals:
Drop 30 lbs -- Fit back into my size 14's .. increase my fitness so next year, I can participate in the womens 5k run marathon for breast cancer..

My Program:
Get between 30-60 minutes of cardio a day on work @ break, instead of eatting. High calorie low quality food from the vending machine.

Stick to a healthy, and reasonable diet plan with lots of veggies and lean meats..
