After battling with my weight for most of my life, last year I made it to my goal weight. Now I am struggling to stay there. It is an uphill battle but I am determined to never get fat again.

My Goals:
My goals are to increase my overall level of fitness and mobility as well as learn how to improve mentally and spiritually through goal-setting and achievement.
My Program:
Walking / Cardio as much as possible but at least 120 minutes per week.
Walk my dog 15 minutes daily!
Step Aerobics at least once a week
Weights 2x weekly (but I have to force myself)
ABS!!
Personal Information:
Born in the USA but living in Europe since 1981. Married to a German, active career, no children (he has a grown daughter in Greece) but a crazy Westie named Barkley.
