The Journey Continues


Tryin to loose the remainder of my baby weight. With eleven pounds to go I'd like to reach my goal by the end of this year!! I keep changing my goal, so I'm finally trying to shed off this weight, and go shopping!

Fitness Minutes: 90

My Goals:
I would like to loose eleven pounds by year end! I'd like to decrease the size of my portions and increase my water intake...along with not eating past 7 in the evening.

My Program:
 30 minutes cardio 3 times/week

30 minutes strength 3 times/week
