My friend Lisa and I hosted a Zumba fundraiser. We donated all the toys collected to a local charity

All the generous and beautiful participants!

How fantastic to utilize these spark tools to attain my goals. I'm working on truly loving the differences of me. I've lost all the weight I was hoping to but somehow that goal ends up being replaced with a new one. I'd like to just be happy with my appearance now. I'm silly enjoying the little things like trying on clothes and not panicking if a spontaneous swimming trip is taking place. I'm just finding i'm too critical of things I shouldn't focus on....like love handles or extra arm chub!
I'll leave certain info the same so I can see how far i've come. It's nice to feel pride in my accomplishments and I'll work on adjusting my attitude to becoming more secure with all aspects of me :)
OLD INFO to follow
Since I began my journey on Spark I was hired as a fitness instructor at a few gyms and now I'm teaching 6 zumba classes, 1 step and 1 weight class each week. I'm exhausted, but the good kind! So strange where life will take you when you have a goal to stay active.

I didn't know how to cook, either, when I joined Weight Watchers years ago. Back then WW required that we cook everything because there weren't other options for that old old Plan. I learned to cook on WW. Made a lot of errors as people learning any craft will do, but just as with knitting or gardening, I learned over the years, and now I'm a pretty darn good cook. Hardly Julia Child, but good nonetheless. If you saw my 1970 attempts at cooking, you'd see how far I've come. If I can do it, believe me, anyone can.

Thank you for stopping by and the encouragement on my blog. This sudden loss came after I added in calories after a 3 -4 week plateau caused most likely by my undereating (that is why maybe a daily loss) This is part of a series of blogs when I started after learning undereating is a problem to many "dieters." Thank you again - I really appreciate when people comment.
