How fantastic to utilize these spark tools to attain my goals. I'm working on truly loving the differences of me. I've lost all the weight I was hoping to but somehow that goal ends up being replaced with a new one. I'd like to just be happy with my appearance now. I'm silly enjoying the little things like trying on clothes and not panicking if a spontaneous swimming trip is taking place. I'm just finding i'm too critical of things I shouldn't focus on....like love handles or extra arm chub!
I'll leave certain info the same so I can see how far i've come. It's nice to feel pride in my accomplishments and I'll work on adjusting my attitude to becoming more secure with all aspects of me :)

Since I began my journey on Spark I was hired as a fitness instructor at a few gyms and now I'm teaching 6 zumba classes, 1 step and 1 weight class each week. I'm exhausted, but the good kind! So strange where life will take you when you have a goal to stay active.

My Goals:
To remain motivated. Currently I'm 5.6ft and 129 lbs so that size is good with me. Also i'd like to tone some areas more.

My Program:
Monday-bike ride
Tuesday-zumba x 2
Wed-zumba + wts
Thurs-step + zumba
Friday-bike ride
Sat-step class,Ball fit and weights, zumba + stretch

Personal Information:
I have an amazing husband that i've been with for 9 years. We have two edibly adorable kids, my son is 6.5 and my daughter is 5. We live in Delta BC which is 15 mins south of Vancouver.

Other Information:
I teach fitness classes and have been doing so for 2 years. Mainly I teach Zumba but a couple times a week I do step and wts and then once a week...i wish more....i teach a stretch class :)

    hey "D", HUBBY OF "JANET552" here. I follow/chart her sparkpoints, and am likely more interested in her progress then she. one thing I look at is the number of folks @ 100,000 pts. or more. woman.. why did you STOP recording your progress? you certainly incur progress every day, and now think about it... you may be interested in your progress SOME day. just zumba activity, logging in, and spinning would keep you active. hey, you're a young puppy, and could do pts for DECADES!!!

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm not nursing and my OB gave me the go ahead to start exercising. Thankfully I didn't gain much while I was pregnant, but I'm EXTREMELY out of shape now.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I haven't tried zumba yet but I really want to. It's at 9am on weekends at the gym, but I'm usually there too early or too late for it. I actually have found that I love running and it's a huge motivator for me so at least that doesn't require me to stick to a schedule.
