I'm an active person trapped inside a lazy body.
I love to go camping, hiking, walking (especially with my puppies & hubby), and in general I love to do anything outside!
I do NOT (currently) like to run. At all. But I want to be comfortable with it. I have 2 big dogs that have lots of energy (a German Shepherd & Siberian Husky). So, yeah, I want to run with them.
As I said, I'm currently trapped in a lazy body. I get home from work and sit down, then don't want to get up. However, I get so bored and restless being stationary. It's just hard to get off my lazy butt and do something.
I'm trying though!
So, I'm not a morning person, but part of my exercise program is getting on the elliptical every morning before I go to work. It's been two weeks since I started this, and I've done pretty good! Last week I made it 3 days. THIS week I did 4 (only because I woke up with a migraine one day). However, I have also been on the elliptical every evening this week as well.
I know I need to be realistic. I know I'm not going to do an hour in the morning & an hour in the evening every single day. So, I've set an entirely achievable goal. And I'm building HABITS!! Slowly, but surely, 1 week at a time.

My Goals:
I have a green skirt that I want to wear again.
More than a number on the scale, my goal is how my clothes fit me!
However, when it comes to a number, I want to weigh around 130 lbs.


My Program:
Run on the elliptical 6 days/week - minimum of 30 minutes. Add strength training minimum of 5 days/week - minimum 15 minutes/session.
