Since I have gotten started I feel a sense of well being. I do notice changes in my clothes and my energy has picked up. I know that this challenge will be met through prayer and faith that the Lord will help me. I will meditate on His word. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

My goal is to reach my ideal weight, eat healthier. Stop snacking (I'm a chip fiend). Exercise more and to do more walking.

Exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Walking



I love to read inspirational books. My favorite is the Bible. I love church and spending time reflecting. My favorite type of movies are dramas, suspense and some scary . My favorite TV shows are Law and Order, The Sopranos and The Cleaner. I enjoy the beach and the calming sounds of the ocean.
