    Thanks for the vote of confidence. I have four other J.M. DVD's that work for me when I DO them. Right now that's my problem. I just can't get myself to do the work! It makes me mad and that doesn't help anything!:( It's all on me. When I 1st started with the DVD's I got addicted!:) LOL! I do love them. I just get discouraged easily. I like instant gratification. Even after all this time!!!! I know this isn't going to happen over night & if I don't get off my duff soon it wont happen at all!!! I'm going to do better this week!!! I have to!!!

    Thanks for the comment on my page. I enjoyed your blog. I've been a complete blob!!! I need to quit it and get serious or I wont be able to wear my new jeans for long!!! I've been maintaining though. That's just dumb luck though. I haven't been taking this seriously for about two weeks. I start out trying and just completely fall apart. UGH!!! I have 'till the 13th of April to get to my goal. I've had the same one since July and was supposed to reach it last September! I'd say I'm a little behind the program, huh?

    I'll be serious this week! I mean really it's only 7 days! Sometimes thinking that way helps, sometimes it totally sabotages me!!!

    So here's to getting it together!!!:)) Sounds like you had fun with your friends!:) Get a pic of your friends tat for me!:) If you can. I'd love to see it!!! You need one!!!

    Don't feel bad I do exactly the same thing!!! If I have powdered sugar & Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder in the house, which I always do, I'm good!!! Bad really! LOL! I mix them together with a little water, nuke it then freeze it YUM! It's better than store bought chocolates at 130 calories and it satisfies that chocolate sweet tooth! If you can afford the calories add peanuts, unsalted. & or raisins. Just a little tip!:))

    OMG!!! Peanut Butter!!!! Everyone is like, " Oh peanut butter is healthy, it's SOOO GOOD FOR YOU!!!!" NOT! Who actually makes a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with 1 or 2 TBLS. of it???!!! That's a tease, not a sandwich!!!:)) Exactly what I was thinkin' at 5AM wondering if I was EVER going to go to sleep! Limit what's available in the house!!! I Finally stopped buying sweetened condensed milk cuz I love it straight outta the can from the fridge!!! HEy, IT HAS PROTEIN, like peanut butter!!! AND WAY LESS IF ANY FAT!!!:))

    What I meant by doing it right was watching my calories and adding more exercise. I took a break from exercise for about 2 weeks. I've been eating to many sweets too but I'm crawling slowly back on the wagon. I've been experimenting with different approaches to this whole thing too. Trying to seriously figure out how I personally lose weight. Everybody's different. What works for me might not work for someone else and vice versa. I've been fighting with the last 10 pounds since October!:(( I keep yo-yoing.
