    I saw your comment on a running blog. I think you are drawn to the running articles, because deep down inside, you'd like to try it. I was curious about running and decided to try a program called Couch to 5K. See
    www.coolrunning.com. It gets you off the couch and able to run a 5K in 9 weeks. There are several groups here on SP with supportive people who are doing the C25K program. I did it and ran my first 5K two weeks ago. Now I love running! Give it a try!

    I saw your comment on the blog "Running Inconveniences" about how you find findyour reading about running. I started running last year, there is a great coaching running program from Running Mate Media - 5k101. It uses intervals walk/run so you can train to run a 5k in about 8-10 ten weeks. It is a great progran and you can download it for free from Itunes.
