Just popping in to say hi & see how your weekend went. I went over to my friends for dinner & dessert. This week I'm starting level 2 of jillian michaels shred. I've indulged a little too much lately & need to get back on track.

I did it 1 pound at a time and you can too! In fact I wasn't even losing a pound a week when I started, I was lucky to lose 2 pounds per month. I only stepped my program up Aug 1st when I was given a pedometer and learned about the WATP videos.
