Hi Everyone, So I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2007! Unfortunately I gave up to soon and left SparkPeople but now I'm back and more determined than ever to get to my goal, and reach the finish line! So now I know that this is a process and that I have to take it one day at a time. I thought I could leave Sparkpeople and be able to continue on my own but I realize I need all the support I can get and that leaving SparkPeople was a big mistake. So the challenge begins once again and this time I'm gonna fight or die trying! Hopefully by the end of the roadI will be at the finish line finally! So good luck to all of you, and much success to you all!

My Goals:
1) I would like to reach a healthy weight.

2) I want to be healthy so I can live a long time.

3) I want to reach the goal of fitting into a few special outfits.

4) I just want to finally succeed and beat this weight down.

5) Overall I just want to win win win and conquer so I can finally cross the finish line!


My Program:
1. Workout Everyday at least 30 minutes or more!

2. Drink 64 oz. of Water Everyday.

3. Eat Veggies and Fruits

4. Log My Meals Everyday on Sparkpeople

5. Log My Workouts on Sparkpeople

6. Stay Consistent & Focused!



Personal Information:
Well my name is Jamie, and I'm not in college anymore because I have my Associates and just got my Bachelors this past May! Might go back for my Masters haven't decided yet! I'm a very outgoing person, and love to help others! I'm nice to anyone as long as they're cool with me. I love cooking, and baking. I make a mean turkey at Thanksgiving, among other goodies. I love to draw, dance, sing, play video games, watch movies, and get out and stop to smell the roses. So that's it I'm into a lot of different things, a lot of people that know me call me versatile, because I'm soo willing to try anything once.     You're totally right, I am soo hard on myself. My self esteem is down in the gutter with the rats and I get so down on myself about this weight. I really took your advice to heart.

    Hi Jamie - welcome to Spark! Here are some things to get you started -

    First, log all your food. I'm assuming you are doing that. Try to increase your veggies and fruit and decrease processed foods. There are a lot of great articles in the Resource Center about this.

    Next start an exercise routine that fits your fitness level. I'd recommend starting with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds program as it's great for those getting back to exercise, is incremental in getting harder, and is indoor (so no excuses!).

    The best way to help your Spark friends help is let us know your current program... that way we might spot a problem area for you to work on. Be sure to check out the Resource Center and the Forums as they are great places to learn how to improve your eating and exercise habits!
