1- Limit Bread, Sodium, Cholesterol - TRACK IT ALL

2- 3-5 CLASSES WEEKLY & WALKING FOR EXERCISE

3- 90 EXERCISE MINUTES PER DAY

4- 8+ GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY

5- 6-8 Veggies per Day


No Excuses - Making excuses burns ZERO Calories per hour.


My Program:
Meal Planning and Sticking to it.
Thursday - Weekly Meal Plan
Friday - Grocery List/Shopping
Sat/Sun - Batch Cooking helps.

Exercise -
I started working with a small group trainer in May.
The work-outs are varied, hard-core, high-intensity.

I am still out of town about 70% of my work days. I pack my meals to bring and use the hotel gym while I'm away.



Personal Information:
I love the beach, fishing, & gardening. I'm married to my dear husband 30 years. And we enjoy volunteering as Sunday School teachers and VBS Leaders for our church.

We have a daughter, son-in-law, and cutest 7 year-old grandson ever ;-)
And love animals, too! One dog, Freddy; 3 cats: Marie, KC, and Kitty; and a very friendly turtle, Lucky.
