Hi Alisha! Thanks for you reply! I just started using Herbalife because my friend suggested it to me. She lost 60lbs on Herbalife and i was amazed! She suggested that I buy the Cookie & Cream flavored Shake (cuz it's delish) and I have one shake in the morning, eat a healthy portioned lunch and then have a shake for dinner. I've found that it's harder for me to go through the workday hungry, so I ALWAYS eat a lunch and replace both breakfast & dinner with a shake. It seems to be working out well cuz in my first week, I've lost 4 lbs :) I am also starting to work out to P90X & TurboJam from the Beach Body series at home and doing the Zumba classes at the gym. I see you are getting married in August and that's your goal! GO GIRL! My goal is to be able to wear a two piece for our trip to Mexico! We are going in 6 months and we are going with a group of 6 other couples, so I totally want to get my butt in gear! I would consider myself a runner, yes! lol I use to hate it too...but C25K really helped, and my grandma's neighbordood..it's the perfect 3.1 miles I need! lol I think running helped my legs as well..I need to start doing lunges, I have dumbbells at home so I need to start working my arms and legs with them! 3551 days ago
