I am oh so tired of this never-ending circle of losing 5 pounds and gaining 10. I refuse to be 40 and frumpy! I am sick of the yo-yo, tired of my clothes not fitting, and just plain fed up. I am usually an "all or nothing" personality, so I hope I don't go OCD here, and can find "the bliss of moderation".

Fitness Minutes: 5,360

My Goals:
Here are my goals - mu lose 5% Team!
1. Stay withing my SP ranges for calories and nutrients and track food
2. Exercise for a minimum fo 30 minutes every day
3. Strength training routine 2 times per week
4. I will weigh on on Saturday
5. I will blog once a week
6. I will start reading my Beck Diet Solution book again daily
7. I will contribute to this team and be active in this challenge from start to finish!

My Program:
My plan to run/walk at least 30 minutes every day. I also plan to ride once a week. I also plan to log food a minimum of 5 days a week, staying within range.

Personal Information:
I live in Michigan with my most wonderful boyfriend, my 17 year old son, 1 dog, and 2 horses!
