72.3 kg (159.5 lbs) OMG!!! WAKE UP CALL!!!

1ST GOAL:::
(July 10th )
somewhere under 60 kg (132.5 lbs)

Then....H O L I D A Y !! (and probably a little weight gain)

2D GOAL:::
(starting 10 August 2016)
reaching 52 kg (115 lbs) by end of 2018
and maintain this weight from then on.

ANNO 2007 (first success with spark people)

Used to be skinny all my life until my second child was born. Since that time some 7-8 stubborn (extra) kilo's refused to leave me.

In June 2007 I joined Spark People. Witin 1.5 month I went down from 120 lbs to 105 lbs WOW!!!
I even took my kitchen scale with me on the holiday that year. :-)
Fitness & healthy lifestyle started to be much fun and never been easier and I managed to maintain it for several years until.....

ANNO 2013

In April 2013 I quit smoking due to a pneumonia.
the meds i got (even it was for a short time) in combination with quitting smoking started to create a new problem...calorie surplus....to be ahead of it becoming a problem I am actively back with Spark People, counting my calories and tracking my cardio exercise

My short term goal was to get back to my original measures, the long term goal is to stay that way again!

Starting Weight:
(April, 21th 2013)
58 kg (128 lbs)
1st goal:
(Medio august 2013)
48 kg (105 lbs)
Then....H O L I D A Y !!!!!!!
2d goal:
(Starting September 2013)
to be 99 lbs by christmas and maintain this weight from then on.

ANNO 2016

MY 2013 goals were never reached, in contrary!!!! :-(

In May 2016 I reached my all time high weight, 72,7 kg (160,5 lbs)
OMGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!
it's a 20,5 kg (45 lbs) gain in 3 years time!!!!!! TIME FOR URGENT ACTION!!!!!!!

Starting Weight:
(May, 22d 2016)
72.7 kg (160,5 lbs)
1st goal:
(July 27th )
63 kg (140 lbs)

Then....H O L I D A Y !!!!!!! (and hopefully not much damage)

2d goal:
(22d August 2016)
Re-enter gym (spinning classes)
and to keep going until reaching 52 kg (115 lbs)
and maintain this weight from then on.

My Goals:
- Short term goal is to get back to my original measures and to like myself in the bikini again.

- Long term goal is to stay that way by keeping the healthy lifestyle!


My Program:
- Ketogenic diet (not more than 20-30 gram carbs a day to maintain the state of ketosis to use ketons as energy source)
- Exercise 6 days a week. (3 days strength workout at the gym & 3 days cardio)
- Water (with lemon, mint & ginger), lots of it!!
- HUGE portion of smiles and fun DAILY!
- Using a whitings scale & Apple watch to track my steps & activity.

Living in Holland married (sinds 1990) to my best friend and mother of 2 lovely kids, grown-up daughter (born 1994) and a teenage son (born 2003)
