Introduction Text I am a SAHM. My kids are all in school now and I am also a childcare provider. With more time on my hands then ever to eat eat and eat some more. I am an emotional eater. I seem to eat all the time and it is all carbs carbs and more carbs and or junk food. Time to stop it all and start eating healthier. Ohhh and i am going to get down to business with that horrible thing called exercise. I hate exercise but i hate the fat more.
