IT'S ALL ABOUT BALANCE

Welcome to my Spage! I'm a wife, mom of four, mammaw of two, a runner, a Paralegal and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Lifestyle/Weight Mgmt Consultant. With a very busy schedule, I know something about the need for balance and have come to greatly appreciate the value of living a happy, healthy and fit style of life.

Keeping priorities in order, simplifying to reduce stress and finding the physical, spiritual and emotional balance I need to make life work for myself & my family are some of the milestones I have encountered on my personal path to wellness. I encourage anyone seeking a healthier life to consider taking the first step on your personal path, maintaining your focus and taking one step at a time as each lesson you learn becomes a "positive" that will move you closer to reaching your fitness goals. Healthy/Clean Balanced Nutrition

Cardio:
Running (3 - 5 x wk)

Cross Training = Swim, Aqua Jogging. Intervals, Cycling (etc) I love variety!

Strength Training:
(2 - 3 x wk ) TRX Suspension Training, Body Weight Calisthenics

Core Conditioning and Flexibility Training w/ Yoga or Pilates - 2 X wk
